Design Deposit and Project Timeline

This payment represents 30% of the total cost and serves as a deposit to secure your place in our schedule and to receive the initial digital design preview based on your requested concept. Once the deposit is made, we will officially begin the project. We will send you the design within one week.

The remaining 70% of the total fee will be due once the design is approved and we begin the painting process.

Cancel Design Policy

If we have already presented you with a custom design based on your request, and in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our service, we offer a refund minus a £200 fee to cover the time and effort invested.

Custom Dial Watch Painting Service

Would you like to create a personalized watch with your own design? Here’s how our process works step-by-step:

1- Share Your Design: Write to us with the design you would like painted on your watch dial. Once we receive your design and details, we will get back to you with a quote and estimated time frame.

2- Make Payment and Send Your Watch Dail: After completing the payment, carefully package your watch and send it to the address we provide.

3- Digital Design Approval: We will create a digital version of your desired design and send it to you for approval. Once you approve the design, we will begin the painting process.

4- Painting Your Watch Dial: We will hand-paint your approved design onto your watch dial.

5- Returning Your Watch Dial: Once the painting is complete, we will carefully package and return your watch to you.

Shipping Instructions: When sending your watch dial to us, please ensure it is carefully packaged. We recommend using Royal Mail Guaranteed Next Day Delivery to avoid any potential damages during transit. We cannot be held responsible for any issues that occur if a different shipping method is used.
