The Role
As a Junior Artist, you will support our dial painting process and gradually build the skills to take on more responsibility.
You will help with:
Careful prep work (cleaning, masking, layout support)
Fine detail painting and controlled brushwork
Color matching and consistent layering
Following references and approved design guides
Who We Are Looking For
You might be a great fit if you are:
Based in London and able to work remotely (from home).
Patient, precise, and comfortable with slow, detailed work
Eager to learn and apply feedback quickly
Confident with fundamentals like light, shadow, and clean edges
Portfolio required (ArtStation, Behance, Instagram, or a simple link).

We are open to part-time, for freelance depending on the right fit.
Do I need watch experience?
Not required. Precision and learning mindset matter most.
Will I paint full dials immediately?
You will start with support tasks and build up to more complex work.
