Refund & Return Policy

We strive to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with their experience. Our policy varies depending on the type of item or service provided, as outlined below.

1. Custom Dial Painting (Dial-Only Service)

Custom dial painting is a collaborative and highly personalized service carried out with your prior approval at each stage of the process. Since the dial is modified based on your approved digital design and completed specifically for you, returns and refunds are not accepted once the dial has been painted and returned.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the digital mockup we provide before painting, please contact us immediatelyduring that stage. We will do our best to address your concerns before proceeding to the painting phase.

2. Vintage or New Watch Purchases

For all purchases of vintage or brand-new watches, we offer a full refund within 15 days of delivery—no questions asked.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be returned in the same condition as received.
  • Any signs of damage or alteration will void the refund eligibility.
  • If damage is suspected upon inspection, we will contact you with further details.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you must first send us an e-mail to obtain a label.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
